Cyclical Psychotherapy and Movement Collective is located in the basement level.
There is not a designated parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking in the front, side, and back of the State Mercantile building. Please provide enough time to find parking when coming for your session, especially the first time you come to the office if you are not familiar with the parking in the area.
The building is ADA compliant with elevators to access the basement level and accessible bathrooms.

The office has many options for spaces and seating based on your comfort level and preferences for therapy. There is a large open space for movement and a contained room with comfortable seating. There are options for comfortable floor chairs and cushions as well as traditional chairs and couches. There are props for movement such as exercise balls, TheraBands, and mats, fidgets, board games, and art supplies for all ages. Coffee, tea, and snacks are free for all clients in the reception area, but you are also welcome to bring your own food or beverage to session as needed. You are welcome to bring your own fidgets or activities such as knitting and I also take ongoing requests for new items that will assist with your processing and regulation.
