Sara works with Collective Counseling Solutions, Sondermind, and Headway for administration and billing, and will soon be independently accepting Medicaid in 2026. Please scroll down to see if we accept your insurance and other private pay and sliding scale options.

If you are using insurance for therapy services, please make sure to contact your insurance provider to find out the fees they will charge you. If you cannot afford those fees, you can apply for sliding scale services.

Sliding Scale and Pro Bono Clients:

I have limited spots for clients that do not have insurance coverage for mental health services and cannot afford the $119 rate for individual sessions, or cannot your afford your insurance fees. These sliding scale or pro bono rates depend on financial need and schedule availability.
