Virtual, In Person, or Hybrid Alexander Technique Private Lessons

All Lessons are 50 minutes and include movement sequences based on your individual needs.

Benefits:

  • for cross training and efficiency for athletes or performing artists

  • to help public speakers, business or organization leaders, or anyone wanting to work on confidence and communication for both body and mind

  • to help with stress management and self-regulation

  • to better understand your body and the mind-body connection for holistic health

  • to have time devoted to presence in your body for holistic well-being

What to Wear:

  • Any attire you can move comfortably in. Depending on your comfort level, you may be rolling on the floor.

What you will need for in person lessons:

  • You only need to bring yourself.

What you will need for virtual lessons:

  • you need enough space to move and an electronic device to use Zoom.

  • We usually use a chair with a back, but we can always work with what you have.

  • It is not required, but getting an exercise ball is highly recommended to help explore movement and the specific type of Alexander Technique taught.

  • If you feel comfortable on the floor, try to have enough space to roll once and fully extend your body.

  • If it is more comfortable for laying on the floor or rolling, you may have a yoga mat available.

 

Tuition Rates for Virtual, In Person, and Hybrid:

  • $75 for one 50 minute lesson

  • $350 for 5 lessons, $25 off (valid for 1 year after purchase, no refunds)

  • $675 for 10 lessons, $75 off (valid for 1 year after purchase, no refunds)

Registration:

  • Once your lessons are scheduled, you will receive an email for registration through Vargo.com. All payments are made through their platform.

Scheduling:

  • Please contact me with your schedule for lesson availability

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice you will still be charged for a lesson, except in cases of emergency, at the teacher’s discretion.
